I used this app many times, usually they are on time but recently one order they delivered very late, and the meat was no longer frozen when it's arrived. I complained with unboxing video, KK offered me to resend all of my order. Which shows that they are tagung jawab 👍🏻 one thing I don't like is once you placed order, if it's not delivered on time they don't allow you to cancel order. Other than that all good.

Ordered for 8am-12am delivery, product was not sent until 3pm evening. Poor customer service, no sms or any sort of notification for order tracking, even worse CS didnt reply or followup on customer inquiry until the next day. The meat received has already defrosted when received because of late delivery.
