KinetiFit

KinetiFit is committed to helping youth achieve their mental and physical health potential. We give youth the framework to achieve 60 minutes of physical activity a day, develop mental skills and coping strategies to deal with life’s challenges, and become educated on healthy living practices. KinetiFit can be accessed through phone, tablet, and web applications.
KinetiFit is free to download and free to use for students at participating schools. Students, ask your teacher to get your class setup to use KinetFit. Teachers and administrators, contact KinetiFit to learn how to get your school involved in promoting your students’ overall health.
