Job descriptions are written in corporate-speak. Dossier translates them into plain language. "Fast-paced environment" probably means understaffed. "Wear many hats" means no clear role boundaries. Every requirement gets tagged as must-have, strong preference, or nice-to-have based on how it's actually written — not just what it says.

Every analysis includes red flags: missing info, unrealistic requirement combos, and patterns that tell you what the company isn't saying. Salary context compares the listed range to market data and gives you negotiation angles.
