2025-01-08	Sp*****	Notifications need to be better. I don't want to have to open the app every time they put something in. If it's a nap, tell us they napped. If it's a bottle, tell us it's a bottle. Typically if your child is in daycare it's because you're at work. I can't be opening my phone, then the app, then figure out what was recorded based on time, every 30 mins. Just give a quick summary so we know what's going on. At this point I'd rather have Daily Connect back. At least that was straight forward.

2025-01-03	Ke*****	Very difficult to use vs. other daycare apps used. I have everything selected to show on newsfeed; however, nothing I enter seems to show. Confusing for daycare staff too. Things need to be easier to use. It's important to have easy communication for parents and their caretakers with an infant.

2024-07-23	Br*****	I like it. I've used a few apps for our daycare and they were absolutely abysmal. This one actually functions as it should 98% of the time. There's hiccups here and there, but over all, I rather enjoy the stable nature of this app.

2024-07-12	Mi*****	The ability to swipe through multiple pictures instead of going back to the group, swiping to the next picture then clicking on the picture again is frustrating. Why did they decide cropping news feed pictures as well as daily activity pictures so that all I see is 1/3rd the picture. The latest update did the same to the daily activity. That was my last straw to write a review. Otherwise they had a great app and broke it so many times over.

I constantly have to 'force quit' it so it doesn't kill my battery. I have to keep the app if I want to know what's happening at daycare..... so I'm kind of stuck. In the past, I have been told that I'm the 'only person' with the problem, and they have nothing to say other than....keep trying; maybe it will fix itself.

2024-06-27	Ki*****	We don't always receive notifications when teachers reply to messages. The forms section is just okay- sometimes doesn't save properly. When it works, it's a nice feature. Pictures are good quality. The app is "just okay."

Also, I don't get notifications even though notifications for the app are turned on in settings AND within the app itself.
