2024-09-08	Me*****	This app is an absolute gem! It saves me so much time with documentation and makes sharing with families so much easier. It is very easy to use and there are mini tutorials for pretty much any question you might have. The team is also incredibly supportive. Questions are answered super fast. So much for such a small price. Highly recommend!

2024-04-04	Th*****	I have been doing daycare for 28 years. I started with photoalbums. Then for many many years, did scrapbooks with photos,stories and craft work. All very time consuming. This year I moved to kinderloop .Very user friendly. I do it on my phone,so can do it anywhere. Best move I have made .

2024-04-03	Di*****	Extraordinary customer service! Personal and quick reaction to my issue (couldn't download images). My issue was quickly escalated to Android Development team, looked into and was tested in only a couple of days (even considering public holidays). They certainly turned something negative into a positive customer experience. Thank you for that!

2024-03-07	Ma*****	A great app for keeping up with my kids while they're at daycare. There was a recent issue with app notifications which the Kinderloop team investigated and fixed. Great communication from Kinderloop while they troubleshooted and solved the issue.

2024-03-04	Sh*****	That's the first time I'm giving one star for an app. I had high hopes for the Kinderloop app to streamline communication with my child's preschool, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The app is not user friendly and unintuitive, making navigation a frustrating experience. There are better free options. The customer service is very responsive though.

2024-02-02	Br*****	Decent app that keeps parents and educators in contact with one another. All the functionality is great. My only complaint is that it creates a notification for each post and when you click on one and read all the "what's new" posts, you then need to manually clear all the other notifications that were generated. Please can you group or stack notifications if the is already an existing notification displayed.

2023-11-01	Jo*****	Really like this app. Straight forward, not too many options & gives you all the information you want for your child. Only gripe is that there are too many notifications. I wish it could notify me just when there are new photos.

2022-07-20	Ka*****	Currently having issues since last update week ago. Can see photos but the videos being added by my kids school are not working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still won't work. Bit frustrating but least it is half working.

2022-06-22	Sa*****	Overall nice experience using the app. It would be great if we can save images of our children instead of taking a screenshot and cropping the edges everytime. The activity chart sometimes is skewed and to completely see it I have to turn phone into landscape mode.
