I don't have daily updates as should be given

Overall decent app for getting updates from daycare (photos, videos, communication, etc) No dark mode makes it hard to read for some people. this app has gotten nearly impossible to use lately because it takes forever for the app to load. When you click on different buttons in the app to see pictures or notes, those buttons also take forever to load. lowering this down to one star because their support replies to my initial request but then ghosts me every time I reach out about these issues
