I'd been using this app for years and loved it, but then it changed ownership or management, and now I can't even log into my account. I open the app, and it only shows me a page to create an account, not log into an existing one. I could go through a web browser on my laptop, but that defeats the ease of the app. Now, I have years of cycle information that's lost. I am very disappointed in this app now

I used the free version almost 10 years because it made tracking bbt temp simple. No frills, and the info could be interpreted easily. However, last year, I got a scare when my data went missing. I was able to recover it, but I was wary. Last week the option to Start New Cycle was hit accidentally. Usually, if you deselect, it fixes itself. Not this time; it looked like I had multiple. 2-day cycles. I decided to delete my account because I don't feel it's a reliable company anymore.
