Takbang has turned the order upside down. If you leave your desired conditions just once, local real estate agents will find rooms that meet those criteria and propose them first.

■ Neighborhood Environment Score — All of Seoul

A single line of an address is enough to rate the quality of life in that location. It is built based on public data and map information.

· Public Safety — The number of security CCTVs within a 500m radius, and the distance to the nearest police substation or box.

· Convenience — The number of locations within 250m of the nearest convenience store, grocery store (large marts/corporate supermarkets), pharmacy/clinic, food establishment, unmanned laundromat, and household goods store (Daiso/Olive Young).

· Transportation — Distance to the nearest station, and subway travel time to the three downtown areas of Jongno, Yeouido, and Gangnam.

· Residential Comfort — Noise levels based on hills (slopes), nearby parks/streams, and distance from main roads/railways.

You can uncheck items that are not important to exclude them.

■ Jeonse/Monthly Rent Market Prices — 25 Districts of Seoul

Calculates the normal range for studio and two-room Jeonse/Monthly Rent in that area based on actual transaction prices from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Gangnam-gu, Gangdong-gu, Gangbuk-gu, Gangseo-gu, Gwanak-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Guro-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Nowon-gu,
