Cannot login on Android since the latest update, "Failed to load existing profile. Please try signing in again." Contacted support and they have said it's an issue with my account and they won't investigate the issue further.

Nice when it works, currently got logged out and can't log back in after the latest update. Password sent to email results in an error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalled, still no access. Seems to be specific to android. Also the app has never tracked my kid's milestones since she started, still hasn't been fixed after communicating the issue.
