- Confirm a tenant after discussing the rental arrangements.
- Track Available, Reserved and Taken properties.

Simple account access

Sign in using an Indian mobile number and OTP. Kirayapp provides dedicated home screens for tenants and property owners, with quick access to frequently used property, interest, chat and booking actions.

Map-based discovery

Kirayapp uses property location and map markers to help tenants explore TO-LETs and help owners place listings accurately. Property availability and access may vary by region and current property status.

Payments and subscriptions

Certain owner listing and tenant regional subscription features require a Google Play purchase. The applicable Google Play product and amount are shown before payment. Regional access remains subject to the current subscription and property availability.

Before paying an advance, signing an agreement or moving in, users should independently verify the property, ownership or authority to rent, identity of the other party, property condition and rental terms.
