From managing events, products, and team members to handling sample requests, product management, and purchase order workflows, the Seller's processes are seamlessly integrated to enhance efficiency.

Seekers, on the other hand, benefit from user roles such as Admin, Production Person, Purchase Person, QC Person, and R & D Person. The application empowers Seekers to streamline their operations through functionalities like sample management, product management, and communication via the integrated chat feature.

The interaction between Sellers and Buyers is orchestrated through two main flows - Sample Flow and Product Flow. The Sample Flow involves the initiation of sample requests by Sale Persons, approval or disapproval by Admin, attachment of materials by R & D persons, dispatch by the Store, and final approval or disapproval by the Seeker. This meticulous process ensures transparency and efficient communication throughout.

The Product Flow encompasses the approval or disapproval of purchase orders by Admin, estimated production timelines provided by the Store, product development by the Production department, QC approval or disapproval of products, and the final step of payment confirmation by the Seeker. This process ensures a smooth and secure transition from order initiation to product receipt.

Furthermore, Sellers have dedicated flows for Purchase Orders and Salary Management. The Purchase Order Flow involves the entry of new materials by R & D, creation of purchase orders by the Purchase department, approval or disapproval by Admin, Purchase, and finally, QC approval or disapproval. The Salary Flow allows Accountants to generate and distribute salaries to employees seamlessly, with an integrated digital signing process.
