God of Math

Build your Egyptian city by training your math skills and getting your heart rate up. In 'God of Math' you have to find the items on the map and solve the tasks to collect gold for your city.
The mathematics of Ancient Egypt has had an important influence on the mathematics we use today. The mathematical skills of the Egyptians helped them build incredible buildings such as the pyramids are a magnificent example of. 'God of Math' is an Egyptian-themed movement game for use in maths lessons and for learning at home for you in grades 4-7. class. The game helps to introduce movement in teaching in a fun and professional way.
In the game, you run from post to post and unlock new math problems. The tasks are performed in a playful universe and are good for training subjects that require routine. At present the tasks center around coordinate systems, but new topics will be added in later versions. The play menu lets you choose where you are in the math subject, but you can also just pick up where you left off and let the game regulate where you are in terms of level.
When you correctly answer the tasks at the posts, you collect gold. The gold turns into new assets in your very own Egyptian city. The city can be placed right where you are by scanning the ground in front of you. If you take the phone really close, you can look into the houses and see the inhabitants of your town walking around the square.
Convenient: The game just requires a phone or tablet to get started. However, it is necessary to have GPS points placed in your area in order for the game to be played at your school or in your local area. Several GPS points have already been set up around the country, e.g. in Kongens Have, Kastellet and Kødbyen in Copenhagen.
