Reiki Session

Reiki Session is a Reiki timer and meditation timer built around hand
positions. It's a calm, eyes‑closed interval timer: pick two things — how long
the whole session lasts and how long to hold each hand position —, and it cues
you on every position change, and again, more firmly, when the session ends.
No position names, no numbers to read: just two countdowns and your hands.

A true Wear OS watch app (not a phone app squeezed onto a small screen), with
an Android phone companion that stays in sync.

FEATURES

• Two simple dials — session length and per‑position length, with a live hint of
how many positions fit.
• Dual countdowns during a session — time left on the current position and time
left in the whole session.
• Gentle cues — a soft double buzz on each position change and three firm pulses
at the end. Choose Vibration, Sound, or Both, and pick from bundled meditation
tones (singing bowl, bell, soft tone). Each device cues by its own setting.
• Pause / Stop, plus shake‑to‑pause — no need to look at your wrist mid‑session.
• Heart‑rate summary on the watch — a simple "Done" screen with duration,
positions, and your average/minimum heart rate, so you can see your body
settle during the session. Heart rate never leaves your device.
• Phone ↔ watch sync — start, pause, resume, or stop on one device and the other
follows, kept time‑aligned throughout.
• Light / Dark / System theme, immersive full‑screen during a session, and a
portrait + landscape layout on the phone.
• Keep‑screen‑on option, drift‑free timing, and settings that persist.
