User Reviews

Khareta is praised for its strong real estate search concept, detailed listings, and user-friendly experience, especially in Jordan. However, multiple reviews report reliability problems: frequent freezes/crashes on Android, inconsistent ad/listing quality (outdated/misleading), and inadequate search filters with limited photos. Listings often feel stale and not refreshed. Addressing performance, ad moderation, and filtering improvements would significantly enhance usability while preserving the app’s strengths.

Pros

Strong real estate search concept with detailed property information.
Respectful, user-friendly experience compared with other sites.
Positive overall sentiment; many users call it the best app for real estate.
Widely regarded as a top app for searching properties in Jordan/Arab region.
Helps users explore the market with needed details.

Cons

App freezes and crashes on Android devices, leading to slow performance.
Ads/listings quality is inconsistent: outdated, misleading prices, and misrepresented properties.
Search and filtering features are lacking: missing filters for price/size, furnishing status, and more photos; sorting issues.
Listings can be stale; many ads are years old and not refreshed.
