The Khammam Employee App is a dedicated mobile application designed for authorized Khammam Municipal Corporation staff to manage and resolve citizen complaints efficiently. This app works in coordination with the Khammam Citizen App, where citizens raise service-related grievances.
With this app, employees can easily receive, track, and act on the complaints assigned to them. Each complaint includes complete details such as location, category, and description, enabling employees to take quick and accurate action on the field. Once the issue is resolved, employees can update the status as Redressed, which immediately reflects to both the concerned citizen and the administrative team.
