2024-11-25	A *****	Can't use the coupons if you want to order from the self service touch screen. You can only order online if you want to use the coupons, which is literally slower than going there in person and ordering. The best part is that some kfcs have only self services kiosks and there's literally a line out the door for people tyring to use the app. LOOK AT THE GERMAN MCDONALDS APP, BE MORE LIKE THAT

A billion dollar company that can't make an app with a minimalistic smooth experience.
