2024-07-16	Fa*****	I never had a problem ordering from the app and the UI is good. I wish there is a bonus feature, so it differs from Talabat app like above 5BD delivery free or you get extra sides or something.

2024-06-16	Ro*****	The problem with this app u can't order less than 3bd despite charging delivery. So I don't think it's of any help to me it's better I use talabat. And in the app it's more expensive. I dislike this app.

2024-06-01	Pr*****	The food is awesome, no complaints about that. But sometimes after order I didn't get the KFC reward points. And while talking with the support about it, the support guy was very rude. Thank you for your service.

2024-01-19	Ko*****	I cannot order any food for the Last 3 weeks. The application seems to be stuck and the restaurant doesn't received any order to confirm it. They take the amount of money from the card and they cannot revert the transaction. Two weeks ago I made an order and I received the money Last week. Today I made an order (with no confirmation) and again I will have to wait two weeks to get my money back. Customer support doesn't know amything about this issue. Same issue today and they took my money.

2023-10-22	Su*****	This issue seems to be fixed... so changed to 4 stars....Reinstalled recently and it working satisfactorily. Old review: Was Very very horrible .... "The store servicing your area is open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please feel free to place a future order".... funny to the core... makes no sense to have to app so I uninstalled....

2023-10-22	Sa*****	Absolutely atrocious service. There is persistent confusion. I order from Reef Island each time and it automatically directs the order to their Seef Mall Branch. Then it transfers to Manama Branch. All this is regularly done ONLY when I call to ask them questions, otherwise it is clear that they are not bothered to do anything until the customer is questioning them. I've used the App for 2 months and each time I have had trouble with delivery and orders. Very very poor! DO BETTER!

2023-03-07	Ak*****	Pathetic app!! Ordered via app, paid amount and went to store for pickup. They are saying to pay again as the price is not correct in app!! Then they forced to cancel order and cancelled. Until now refund not credited!!

2023-02-17	As*****	I used it few times and it was very bad in many ways, late delivery, wrong order, only saying sorry when calling without solution, cold deliverd food,....etc. Unfortunately, even ordering through talabat, KFC the one who deliver. I noticed that there are so many very bad review but no improvement. I recomment to make the delivery through talabat when we order through talabat.
