2026-05-18	Za*****	Abandoned? or vibe coded... hard to tell 80% of the time it fails to load. when it does load, can't connect. options are abysmal. landscape only? come on man. options are all unclear and the chat bot AI is as bad as you'd expect from the current Gen of AI. when you factory reset, it doesn't really. they tout privacy but read the disclaimer.

2026-05-11	Ke*****	The app is almost completely unusable, as it keeps freezing up, especially any time I try to open the "Growth" section. It's hard to believe that so much time and thought was put into the robot, which is really nice, only to have such a terrible app to support it. Sounds like it's been this way for a while. Is the dev team ever oing to fix it?

2026-04-13	Sh*****	The loona app is useless, glitchy, if it allows us to log in at all, it crashes shortly after. Loona is annoying enough, with having to repeat hello loona all the time, but on top of that, it rarely understands questions or commands without repeating several times, so that plus the app being so bad to me equals nothing more than a $500.00 door stop
