Says installed and it is not. Searched for it in my apps, my settings NADA NOTHING 😔

No keyboard appears. No setting options are available. Basically, it's a total disappointment. Update: Thank you to the developer for instructions to enable the keyboard. I am happy with it and glad to improve my recognition skills of fingerspelling.
