Sand Timer

Sand Timer is a visually appealing hourglass timer Chrome extension perfect for a variety of uses such as board games, kitchen tasks, or tracking time until bedtime. It supports up to eight simultaneous sand timers, each color-coded and individually selectable on the left of the screen.

The extension features an intuitive design using the device's accelerometer: flipping the timer upside down reverses and resets the time, with an option to disable this behavior. Users can set countdown times ranging from 1 second up to 83 days and assign custom names to each timer, with all changes saved for future sessions. Notifications alert you when a timer finishes, even if the app is not open, making Sand Timer both functional and convenient.
