Very useful for getting food intake under control on a keystone diet

Disappointing that there is no way to choose your unit of measurement. How are you going to use the US Army Body Fat Calculations but have to input in metric, which the US Army doesn't use?? I hate having to do conversions for every measurement which makes me not use this portion of the app which seems a waste.
