2025-01-15	Ne*****	one of the worst apps I have seen so far, i have placed an exchange but now it's been more than 20 days i still have no update about my product tried cancelling it so many times but unable to cancel , now it is showing cancelled but there is no update about my refund . Tried reaching customer service via email and calls but unresponsive always, don't buy anything from this app.

2025-01-09	Sr*****	I ordered 2 items from this app and one of them was great quality, had a good fit but the other item had fitting issue's so i put in a exchange request a second time and the product though picked up for EXCHANGE the very same day has still been NOT DELIVERED. IT'S BEEN OVER 20DAY'S!!!! The customer service is always unresponsive!! Atleast refund the money if you can't send the item. It's very disappointing, don't buy from here until they improve their services.

2025-01-09	Di*****	App is lagging, I had initiated a return and I haven't got any updates on it, tried to contact the service line but still no response, they have a very good quality for the price but if they won't have a proper management, I don't think any customer would come back to shop for the second time. Look after it guys Add: Fast forward like 2 hours, the technical reached me and was very supportive, really appreciate it. So yeah that's a good thing but I still hope they'll look after the optimisation:)

I received a mail with payment confirmation and when the delivery would happen. However much to my surprise I saw that the app is still showing payment awaited status against my orders. I have mailed them, called them numerous time, but no-one picks up or replies on mails. Extremely disappointed and here am warning everyone.

2025-01-09	Ri*****	Everything was smooth but now the app freezes a little bit. Most importantly the size of clothes is now only visible as S, M etc and extra details like size chart and all is not visible although it's visible if we use the browser and not the app which makes shopping difficult. Kindly fix it. Apart from that everything is fine.

2025-01-07	Re*****	Probably the worst app i have ever used. The filters dont work properly, the search option is of no use because whatever you are looking for will not be shown even if it is available. And the glitches have tested my patience way too much now. I wanted to shop from tokyo talkies which I selected from Myntra but there is no camera option available on the app neither does it support codes to shop from here.

2025-01-06	su*****	The app keeps crashing whenever i am trying to order something, also that EMI thing also not working. Lots of bugs are there in the app, pls fix it. What is the point of having good products if you can't order it. So disappointing 😐.

2025-01-05	Ad*****	Warning: Avoid Ketch App. I had a bad experience with them. I ordered a pair of jeans, but they were too baggy. I returned them, but haven't received my exchange order yet. It's been 12 days and I haven't heard back from their customer support. I would advise others to avoid shopping from Ketch App due to their poor customer service.
