Kart123 Delivery

Kart123 Delivery App streamlines the home delivery of orders received by local businesses, retail stores, restaurants, chefs and bakers. Delivery Agents use the Kart123 Delivery App to receive service requests from merchants and deliver the ordered items at customer locations.

With Kart123 Delivery App, there is no more miscommunication in order management. Orders get delivered correctly at the customer's address.

Anyone with a two wheeler, bicycle or auto rikshaw can increase their income by doing home deliveries using the Kart123 Delivery App.

Delivery Agents send 'connection requests' through the app to merchants indicating that they are available for home delivery services. Merchants can then directly enroll the Delivery Agents after verification of their credentials.

When there is an order to be picked up, the merchant assigns it to one of the connected Delivery Agents, who then accepts the request. Delivery Agent picks up the items from the merchant, completes delivery and updates the delivery status.

Delivery Agents can switch on or switch off their availability status, so that orders are assigned to them only when they are 'on duty.'
