① "Visualization" of health condition
Health-related information such as health checkup results and lifestyle-related questionnaires is analyzed using unique algorithms such as AI, and the current or future state of body parts and disease risks that are likely to cause changes related to lifestyle-related diseases is displayed graphically. .. This kind of "visualization" promotes awareness and understanding of one's health condition, which is difficult to understand from the numerical values of the medical examination results alone. Being self-motivated motivates behavior change and supports the continuation of lifestyle improvement.

(2) The app supports the behavior change of the target person
The application proposes a daily lifestyle improvement goal = challenge. The challenge is selected by the subject from five categories: nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, and drinking / smoking. In addition to scoring daily life, it supports the reflection of the target person and promotes behavior change and health promotion by displaying individual ways of spending and advice on a weekly basis.
