2024-12-29	Ch*****	The app doesn't load messages if your outside of business hours, notifications don't work properly, always shows unread messages even though all messages have been read. Kenect is a great platform but this app feels like it's from 2015. It needs a revamp.

Kinda like a big phonebook that could process card payments in a case other methods failed is kinda how I used this app. However I want trained in using this app, was just instucted to download and begin to use. I no longer work for this company and still get emails from customers or someone....

2023-01-03	Av*****	I've had this app for well over a year and while it helps my firm, it's pretty overpriced. The only reason I keep it is because the pace of funds released when my clients remit payment. Also since my phone has updated the app has crashed multiple times and is sticky. I have android version 13. Please release an update. I'll be looking at a competitor now because it keeps crashing. At 335/month, it should run smoothly.

However the app keeps showing that there are text that I have not responded to. How am I know on my mobile phone if I have a new text. I like the program, but the text does not add much value.
