Minimal Focus Timer

This application is a manual focus timer utility for logging task durations.
Session history is stored in memory and resets when the application is closed.
* Manually start and pause a timer to track time spent on specific activities.
* Select task categories from a fixed list: Work, Study, Reading, and Exercise.
* Log completed sessions including the total duration and selected category.
* View a list of logged sessions in the dedicated history tab during the current app session.
* Use the dropdown menu to quickly switch between different activity types.
* Minimal interface design for distraction-free time tracking.
