Stake

Stake is a dedicated goalkeeper training app designed for session planning, technical analysis, and reaction enhancement. Featuring 45 specialized drills covering handling, footwork, diving, distribution, crosses, and 1v1 situations, Stake gives coaches and athletes complete control over their training routine.

Every drill comes with detailed setups, coaching cues, progressions, regressions, and duration targets. Stake also includes a built-in reaction trainer with a ten-cue timing challenge: tap the target zones as they appear to log average reaction times, peak speed, and a nine-zone accuracy hit map. You can also utilize the angle visualizer to evaluate near-post and far-post coverage based on shooter position.

Built strictly for focused, private practice, Stake works 100% offline without requiring an account, internet connection, or subscription. All training logs, milestones, and session histories are stored locally on your device and can be reset at any time.

Download Stake today to plan structured drills, sharpen reaction speeds, and elevate your goalkeeping performance.
