MansDzib.lv – mana māja

MansDzib.lv is a mobile app for apartment owners and residents that makes communication with the building manager simple and transparent. All daily issues related to your apartment – ​​notifications, meters, bills, votes and applications – are available in one place, right on your phone.
What is available in the app:

Notifications and news – receive current notifications from the building manager or building trustee: about planned work, water or heat outages, meetings and other events in the house. Notifications can have PDF documents and images attached, which can be viewed in the app or downloaded.
Meter reading submission – enter the readings of water, heat and other meters during the active period. The app shows the previous reading, calculates the change in consumption and warns about unusual values. If the period is closed, see when the next one will open.
Bills and their payment – ​​view the current bill, the history of previous months and the detail of each bill, download the PDF. Depending on the building manager's settings, you can pay your bill with a payment card directly in the app.
Polls and votes – participate in votes organized by the building manager on issues important to the building. In legally binding decisions, the vote can be confirmed with an e-Signature or Smart-ID. For active votes, see the deadline, for closed votes – a summary of the results.
Applications and communication – submit applications for defects, the need for repairs or other issues and monitor their implementation. A contact form is also available for direct communication with the building manager's team.
House documents – access current documents for the building: community protocols, regulations, financial statements and plans. Search by name, view or download in PDF format.
Meter overview – information about your meters: type, serial number, location, calibration deadline and last handover date. Option to request a replacement or report a defect.
Service catalog – order additional services offered by the building manager (e.g., paper invoice subscription, document certification, in-person meeting).
Multiple property management – ​​if you own or live in multiple apartments, you can switch between them in one account and see your bills, meters and notifications for each.
Phone notifications and language selection – activate phone notifications about new bills, notifications, votes and responses to your applications. The application is available in Latvian, Russian and English.

Who is the application for?
The application is intended for apartment owners and tenants whose apartment building is managed by a building manager working with the MansDzib.lv platform. If you are not sure whether your house is connected to the system, ask your manager or visit mansdzib.lv.
