Dosi AI: GLP-1 Tracker

Dosi AI is a personal treatment journal for adults using a GLP-1 medicine prescribed by a clinician (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide and others). It keeps a calm, dated record of what you actually did, so you and your clinician can see the whole picture at your next appointment.

Log every dose in seconds
• Record the medication, the dose your clinician prescribed, the date and time, and the injection site on a body map.
• Rotate sites with a least-recently-used suggestion.
• Record a missed dose as a missed dose. Dosi quotes what your medicine's own label says and points you to your clinician; it never calculates a replacement dose.
• Edit or delete mistakes; your history stays intact.

Reminders that fit your schedule
• Weekly or daily reminders at the time you choose, in your own time zone.
• A clear next-dose view and an easy way back if notifications were switched off.

Weight and side effects
• Log weight in kilograms or pounds and follow the trend over 7, 30, 90 days or the whole treatment.
• Journal side effects with severity, when they started and how long they lasted, then filter them by type, severity or dose day.

A summary for your appointment
• Export your complete record as CSV or JSON at any time, free.
• Share a plain-text treatment summary.
• Dosi Plus adds a one-page clinician PDF report, pattern charts and AI summaries.

AI summaries grounded in your own entries (Dosi Plus)
• Weekly and monthly recaps in plain language, pattern descriptions, and questions you could bring to your clinician.
• Written only from what you logged, after you agree to send those entries. Nothing is stored on our server afterwards.
• The summary describes; it never diagnoses, never suggests a dose and never predicts an outcome. You can report any summary from inside the app.

Learn from the source
• Dose steps, injection sites, storage and missed-dose instructions quoted from the official medication labels, with their sources.

Private by design
• No account. Your records live on your device. No advertising, no tracking, no selling of data.
• Delete everything with one action.
• Available in 74 languages, light and dark, phone and tablet.
