KayCast Unified Media Player

KayCast Unified Media Player is a fast, all-in-one media player for your
phone and Android TV. Play the videos and music already on your device,
open files handed off from other apps, and load your own playlists — all
from one clean app.

KayCast includes NO channels, streams, or media of any kind. It is an empty
player: you add your own files and your own playlist links. Nothing is
provided, bundled, or hosted by us.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• My Media — browse and play the videos and music on your device, with
thumbnails and resume-from-where-you-left-off.
• Powerful video player — smooth scrub bar, playback speed 0.25x-4x,
gesture controls for brightness, volume and seeking, embedded and
external subtitles (auto charset, dual subtitles, styling), aspect and
zoom modes, chapters, background audio and Picture-in-Picture.
• Full music & audio player — library by album, artist and folder, synced lyrics,
equalizer and audio effects, queue management, smart playlists, sleep
timer, a now-playing home-screen widget and Android Auto.
• Your own playlists — load standard playlist links (M3U) and direct stream
URLs you already have. Program guide with now/next, favourites and custom lists.
• Kids Mode — a PIN-locked, kid-safe view.
• Works with Chromecast for the big screen.
• Local Backup & Restore — export and import your app data offline. No
cloud required.
• Phone and Android TV from the same app. Light and dark themes.

FREE VS PRO
KayCast is free and ad-supported. An optional Pro subscription removes ads
and unlocks unlimited playlists and favourites, the full TV guide,
multi-view and more. Pro is monthly, 6-month or annual (free trial on the
annual plan), renews automatically, and can be cancelled anytime in the
Play Store. Pro unlocks app features only — never any channels or content.

KayCast is a media player. What you watch is entirely up to you.
