BUILT FOR REAL LOCAL WORK
Citizz is a marketplace: we connect customers and providers. We do not employ service providers or perform the work for you. Quality, timing, and payment for the physical job are between you and the provider unless the app clearly shows a Citizz checkout for that specific purchase.

Platform features in the app (such as visibility or messaging plans, where offered) may use in-app purchase including Google Play where configured. Service fees for the job itself are usually agreed and paid directly with the business (cash, UPI, etc.) as you arrange.
