2024-08-31	Je*****	I got scammed by Karma Group telling me I would be staying at Nh boat lagoon, but they lied and now I'm out of pocket and tje place they want me to stay is very scary small and horrible. These people are masters of scamming people stay away no matter what they say don't trust them.

2024-04-22	Na*****	What is use of an app if you can't even login.. disgusting.. as members we constantly need to use the app but it never allows us to login. Your response to this concern is very poor. Take the app down if you can't fix it even after months of users reporting it. I have uninstalled it now, because you people don't seem to care.

Useless investment u can not get bookings everytime they told me not available for u r dates I changed destination 4-5 times but they always says not available. I told them return my money whichever I paid they say not possible. Give my money back that's it . Third class service.

There are much much better options available at fraction of cost. Deeply regret investing with Karma group. Avoid, if you can

2022-10-15	Pe*****	I have recently become a member of the timeshare at karma Odyssey and can't login to my account using my surname as the password. I am the primary holder and can only login by using the secondary holder's surname. Even the points entitlement is shown wrong and any amount of calls and emails is falling on deaf ears. Absolutely no communication and coordination between departments to the point of being brazen and coming back that they are able to login absolutely fine. Disgusted right at the start

They sell memebership without giving an actual access to their site or app (it will be functional post you complete all payment) and the details on the site are completely different than what they told you while selling the membership. You have to pay hefty fee to buy membership, alternate year maintenance fee and again when you do any booking. Their objective is to loot as much money as they can from you. Beware of this fraud company.
