Watch a robot learning to walk using a genetic programing algorithm based on the natural evolution of species. Change the configuration parameters and observe the effects on the evolutionary process.

This app uses Cartesian Genetic Programming to build an action script that makes a virtual robot walk as far as possible. A detailed explanation of the applied algorithm can be found in the paper “Action Scheduling Optimization using Cartesian Genetic Programming”, published in the Brazilian Conference on Intelligent Systems 2019 proceedings (BRACIS 2019).

Very bad controls wouldn't download

The simulation is very simple but interesting to watch the progression. The developer made quick changes to fix a bug with the ads. 5 stars for speedy response to feedback.
