Despite returning the item promptly and providing all necessary proofs over whatsapp, the shop owner is not ready to refund the money. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. We are staying in Mumbai and visiting the shop is not feasible. The owner and the staff are taking undue advantage of this
