Always telling me to update the app but never lets me. Can be a bit slow but it's free so you get what you pay for.

If your business is reliant on client intake forms. Really think twice before using this app. I haven't been able to access my account for a week. All my clients information his on this app. I emailed asking them to address the problem they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall, that still didn't work. So now they are completely ignoring me, they just left me unable to access my notes & client information. This is detrimental to businesses who need a reliable app for consent forms.
