Kanoa HR

Kanoa HR is the app for employees of organizations that manage their workforce with Kanoa ERP.

TIME & ATTENDANCE
• Clock in and out in seconds.

• Verify your presence via Bluetooth beacon or GPS location, depending on your employer's settings.

• Optional verification selfie as proof of clocking in/out.

• Clock-in and hours worked history always at your fingertips.

• Supports rotating, night, and split shifts.

EMPLOYEE PORTAL
• Pay stubs: View and sign them to indicate agreement or disagreement.

• Leave: Request leave, attach certificates, and track its status.

• Vacation: Check your balance and request your days off.

• Personal and family information: Keep it up to date (with HR approval).

• Digital personnel file: Your employment documents in one place.

• Notifications: New pay stubs, approvals, and reminders.

MULTI-EMPLOYMENT
Do you work for more than one company that uses Kanoa? Switch employers within the app without logging in again.

SIMPLE AND SECURE ACCESS
No passwords: log in with your work email and a one-time code. All information is encrypted and only you and authorized personnel from your employer can view it.

Important: Kanoa HR is for the exclusive use of employees of Kanoa ERP client organizations. If your employer does not use Kanoa, the app will not allow you to log in. The modules visible depend on what your employer has enabled (they may offer only time tracking, or the full portal).
