And an AI fills it in by reading what you write.


■ What you do each day becomes a stat

A day is recorded across six abilities.
Intellect · Execution · Body · Emotion · Relations · Creation

Six on the surface, twenty-four sub-stats underneath.
Not just exercise and study — sleep, feelings, and people count too.

Not a checkbox app. Write what you did as plain sentences — even what you
never planned, even what is too vague to score, becomes a stat.


■ On, the AI companion, writes back

On reads your sentences and answers them.

· Reads what you write and folds unplanned growth into your stats
· AI discoveries that catch what the fixed rules miss
· On judges how hard your routines really are, and sets the reward
· A weekly report that looks back on the week
· A name of your own for your awakened identity
· Your own stats beyond the six abilities (up to 4)

★ On does not flatter you. Instead of "amazing!", it says what changed and how.

and discoveries stay free.


■ Once the records add up, it observes you

The status window does not just show numbers. It reads what piled up and speaks.

After a few days it reflects facts back to you.
"All three times, you started with 'Morning stretch'."
"You rated Body lowest — and over 5 days Body rose most."

After a few weeks it names a trend.
"Routine completion on Tue runs 31% below your other days."

★ It does not guess. Every observation carries its sample and its window, and
when the sample is thin it says so: "too early to call this a trend."
★ Think it is wrong? Tap "Not really" and it stops coming up.


■ Routines and Projects

· Routines — register what you repeat and check it off.
XP comes from effort and difficulty.
· Projects — link routines to a long goal like "pass the certification".
The more you actually did, the larger the completion reward (×0.8–1.2).
Bigger goals need to settle — you cannot finish one the day you make it.
· You are allowed to put it down. A stopped project keeps the days you gave it.


■ A companion that grows with you

Wolf, Deer, Hare, Owl and four more. Gold from your records welcomes one.

A companion grows from hatchling to grown to spirit — not by level or gold
alone. The days you recorded together have to add up.

Gold is earned only by doing. It cannot be bought.


■ It finds your identity

Thirty days of observation and five discoveries awaken a class — a name like
"Breaks down and comes back", drawn from how you actually recorded.

★ Not a rank. A grain. No top percentile, no tier.
Re-read every 90 days: when the person changes, the name changes.


■ And days off are not held against you

Most apps meet a missed day with a red mark, a streak back to zero, and
everyone else's completion rate. So we delete them. None of that is here.

· Nothing is ever deducted. Stats go up or stay put. That is all.
· Do it on a bad day and you get a bonus instead.
· Rest for a week and come back, and the app says nothing about it.
· No leaderboards. No friend lists. No comparing completion rates.

The only benchmark is yesterday's you.
