KALK: Mission Alarm Clock

KALK is an alarm clock that will not stop until you finish a task. Built for people who hit snooze and fall straight back asleep.

When the alarm rings, KALK asks you for a small mission: solve a math problem, shake your phone, make your bed, jump 15 times. The alarm stays on until the mission is done. By the time you finish, you are already up and out of bed.

WHY IT WORKS
An ordinary alarm clock does not wake you, it only tries to. The snooze button makes going back to sleep easy. KALK closes that door: the only way to silence the alarm is to do something that requires leaving the bed. By the time the mission is over, your brain is already running.

Every mission has easy, medium and hard levels. Pick Random and wake up to a different one each morning.

SLEEP DEBT TRACKING
KALK works out how many hours of sleep you are missing. From your last 14 nights it shows your current sleep debt, your estimated energy curve for the day and what time you should go to bed tonight. If Health Connect is installed your nights arrive automatically, otherwise one tap on "Going to bed" records them. Your sleep data stays on your device.

GROUP ALARMS
Set a shared wake-up time with your friends. Everyone who joins gets their own alarm on their own device, with their own mission and sound. See who is up and who is not, and nudge the ones still asleep. Waking up together beats waking up alone.

ALARM LOCK
Once you set an alarm, no deleting it half asleep. Turn on Alarm Lock: as ring time approaches the alarm locks, and the only way to stop it is completing your mission. You cannot lower the volume either, it rings at full volume until you are done.

DAYS OFF
Going on vacation? Mark your days off on the calendar so the alarm stays quiet.
