Kalix was created by a passionate firearm owner and independent developer who wanted something better than basic text-heavy trackers, scattered notes, and outdated spreadsheets. It was built from real-world needs first, then refined into a serious mobile platform for others who want a more modern, professional system.

Kalix is local-first and privacy-focused. Your records stay on your device, giving you direct control over your data, backups, and exports - no cloud account required.
