- A timeline view shows every officer's leave period in one screen, and can be exported to PDF together with the recap table.
- Personnel markers appear directly on the calendar, so you can see who is on leave or absent.
- Personnel data can be backed up & restored via file export/import, or shared with a colleague using a single QR code.
5. National Important Days
- Marks important days such as Independence Day and Heroes' Day for planning ceremonies or special activities.
6. Automatic Schedule Reminders
- Automatic notifications remind you of your duty turn the day before, so officers never miss their shift.
- You choose the reminder time, and reminders are rebuilt automatically after the device restarts.
7. Night Watch / On-Call Night Duty
- Set up night watch schedules, including the group and members assigned to each time slot.
- Turn rotation is calculated automatically, so night shift distribution is always fair and consistent.
8. Share Schedules via QR
- Share your shift pattern, night watch schedule, or personnel data using a single QR code — just scan to copy the same schedule instantly, with no manual setup.
9. Daily / Monthly / Yearly Notes
- Record daily reports, evaluations, or annual plans. Long-press a date to create an instant note.
- Notes can be set to repeat (monthly/yearly), with quick search and selectable note icons.
10. Google Calendar Sync
- Your shift schedule and notes can be synced to Google Calendar, so they also appear in your personal calendar. Syncing is optional and only runs after you sign in.
11. Export & Share
