Field Workforce Attendance & Drain Survey Management System is a mobile application designed to simplify employee attendance, workforce management, and drain survey activities for municipal bodies, government departments, urban local authorities, and field teams.

Employees can mark their attendance using face recognition combined with GPS-based location verification. Attendance can be recorded only when employees are present at their assigned work locations, helping improve the accuracy, transparency, and accountability of workforce attendance records.

The application also provides leave management functionality, allowing employees to apply for leave and manage their leave requests. Badili (substitute worker) management enables the assignment of replacement workers when required, helping maintain continuity of field operations.

The integrated Drain Survey Module enables field staff to conduct detailed drain surveys directly from their mobile devices. Users can capture drain measurements, photographs, latitude and longitude coordinates, and other relevant field information during survey activities.

Surveyed drains can be displayed on maps to help field teams identify drain locations and support cleaning and maintenance operations. Drains can also be classified based on their type and survey information, enabling departments to organize drainage data and plan cleaning activities more effectively.
