Each setup task includes a title, an area, a readiness status, and an optional note for practical details on site. On the Board tab, your tasks are arranged in clear readiness lanes for now, soon, and done, with search at the top for fast filtering. The dashboard gives you quick counters for each readiness stage, a handy button to add a new task, and a short view of recently updated items. The Capture tab makes it easy to create a new setup task or edit an existing one with a straightforward form and large fields. You can also delete tasks that are no longer needed, keeping your plan clean as the event changes. The Areas tab groups setup tasks by place, such as the entry table, food corner, or backyard, so you can see task counts and titles by location at a glance. The Ready tab focuses only on completed tasks and includes a simple progress line showing done tasks compared with the total. Built-in search helps you find tasks by title, area, or note when you need to check details quickly. All setup tasks are stored locally on your device, making it practical for personal planning and fast access during real event preparation.
