GrupoJV - Maneja tu Propiedad

Grupo JV is the app for owners of our developments. Log in with the account your advisor gave you and have everything about your property at your fingertips, without calls or emails.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• View your outstanding balance instantly, with the total for all your properties.

• Know your next payment, how much it is, and when it's due.

• Review your complete account statement, property by property and month by month.

• Send us proof of a payment you've already made.

• View and download your signed documents: contract, promissory note, payment plan, deed, and delivery certificate.

• Track the progress of your purchase, from reservation to closing.

• Contact your advisor whenever you need to.

ABOUT PAYMENTS

The app does NOT collect or process payments. There is no payment gateway, no cards, and no in-app purchases.

You make your payments as usual, outside the app: by transfer from your bank's app, at a branch, or through the method you agreed upon with your advisor. The app shows you the account details to which you should transfer the funds, and then lets you upload the payment receipt to notify us that you've paid, indicating which bank you used.

We validate this receipt against Banxico's CEP (Electronic Payment Receipt) and, once confirmed, your payment appears on your statement. In other words, the app serves two purposes: giving you visibility into your account statement and receiving receipts for payments made through external methods.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For those who have already purchased with Grupo JV. You need the account information your advisor gave you. If you don't have it yet, ask them for it.
