Disgusting app. It was launched for facilitating raw jute traders in getting jute licence. I created my account but forgot my password. I am unable to retrieve my password. Whenever I press "forget password" button, it is asking my email address, but finally, it is telling session expired. Tried uncountable times to generate new password/retrieve old password but to no avail. Also, there is no help line mentioned in the app. Nobody pick the call at jute commission office.
