Honestly I wanted to avoid leaving a negative review. But this has been such a stressful few days. Even just getting in touch with the Crowdfire team is difficult. I would kindly ask that they issues me a refund as I paid for the yearly subscription and never received access to it. On my phone and laptop I am still only allowed to access the app in "the free section". I have reached out to the team on email and haven't had any real action taken except promises of escalating the issue.

It has ALMOST everything you need. We'll, you can't post to to all sites at once as stated. Tiktok doesn't work except by itself with its own upload. double work. Instagram posts are 100% useless. It just posts a picture. The link is not clickable. worthless. You can't post to a personal FB. only a Page in FB. WHEN posting to FB, you only get a still photo. no autoplay or even just play in feed options... so... I was being very generous with ALMOST. The scheduler works. Not much else
