App works just fine to buy tickets. But no matter what you do the conductors will scold you for using it wrong. First time, activated the ticket before boarding (as per the instructions), they didn't check it for a while until after it expired and told me I should have waited. Second time, activated it as they were coming around (as was told by the first conductor) and was told I had to do it before boarding. The passenger is always wrong it seems.
