User Reviews

Users value the app’s convenient range of HR features and, for some, its easy-to-use interface. However, recurring reliability problems dominate the feedback: users report login and startup failures, sluggish or unusable camera-based clock-ins, location detection issues, and slow loading. Several reviews say problems appeared after updates or persisted after reinstalling.

Pros

Convenient access to common HR tasks, including attendance, leave applications, payslips, and approvals.
Some users find the app easy to use, with a colourful, attractive interface.
Users appreciate being able to manage work-related tasks from their phone.

Cons

Recurring bugs and crashes, including trouble opening the app, logging in, or staying signed in—often reported after updates.
Clocking in or out can be unreliable: users report camera lag, face-alignment problems, and failed check-ins.
Location detection problems prevent some users from recording attendance.
Slow loading and lag affect clocking in, applying for leave, and other tasks.

Recent reviews

something wrong with the app lately, kept asking me to lower down my chin or else look at the camera which I already did but kept saying that it's not quite aligned! took a long time to clock in using the camera function, lousy app!
