Animal Justice is an application developed for the Animal and Environmental Justice Foundation, based in the province of Córdoba, Argentina.

Platform features:

1. Posting lost animals
Registered users can post notices for lost animals, including photos, description, approximate location, and characteristics of the animal. Location information is used exclusively for the matching and search system.

2. Reporting sightings
Users can report sightings of animals that appear to be lost, providing photos, location, and description. Sightings are publicly visible in the platform's search section, allowing anyone to view them. The user who reported the sighting can manage it from "My sightings."

3. Automatic matching system
The platform uses an automatic algorithm that compares lost animals with reported sightings, considering geographic proximity, physical characteristics of the animal (species, size, colors), and, when possible, visual analysis of photographs using artificial intelligence. The matching results are indicative and do not guarantee the animal's identity.

4. Adoption
Users can post animals for adoption and submit adoption applications through the platform. The platform facilitates contact between parties interested in an adoption process but is not a party to it. The foundation assumes no responsibility for the animal's health, the accuracy of the information posted by the user offering the animal for adoption, or the treatment the animal receives after the adoption is finalized. The parties are solely responsible for the agreements they reach with each other.

5. Reports
Anyone (with or without an account) can report situations of animal abuse or cruelty. Reports include a description, photos, and location. Administrators review each report and may assign it a priority and follow-up status. Reports of wildlife, environmental violations, and potentially dangerous dogs are forwarded to the appropriate authorities according to available guidelines.

The foundation acts as a conduit for received reports but does not guarantee the intervention of the appropriate authorities or the outcome of any legal or administrative proceedings that may be initiated. The responsibility for the veracity of the report rests solely with the person who files it.

Users who file false or malicious reports will be liable for any resulting damages, and their account may be deactivated. The foundation reserves the right to report any report that is clearly false to the appropriate authorities.

6. Notifications
The platform sends internal and email notifications about relevant events: potential matches, adoption applications, report updates, and administrative communications. Users can view their notifications at any time from their dashboard.
