RA-MICRO Mandanten App

In the free RA-MICRO client app, an overview of their legal matters can be made available on the mobile device.

As a client, you always have an overview of your lawyers and your legal matters as well as access to the contact details of your lawyers. The client can contact their lawyer from the app and make new mandate requests. The prerequisite for this is that the law firm contacted has a DASD profile and an integrated online mandate intake form.

If the lawyer answers the mandate request positively, a welcome email will be received in the app's email account. This is recognized by the app and the lawyer's contact is created automatically.

In the “My Cases” area, the client always has an overview of the legal matters sent by the law firm via e-mail (the RA-MICRO client app). There he has access to file documents, which are file-related with the file number and the short file name, e.g. B. 29/22 Müller / Meier were sent.

Using an email account set up in the app, the RA-MICRO client app receives and decrypts the cases sent via email and lists the legal matters sorted chronologically by file.
