2024-12-20	Ju*****	If nearby devices permission is off it will crash without telling you that's the reason. Color selection options are pretty basic and hard to get exact colors, does the job but a ton of room for improvement.

2024-09-19	Ja*****	The fact they still haven't fixed me being able to change anything on my micro is hilarious. I told myself a while back I'd never buy from these people again, and here's another reason. Their support has been awful every time I've dealt with them on discord. They don't fix any issues. Obviously this company is just here for people's money now. It's sad.

2024-08-08	Li*****	Just an absolute mess of an application. When connecting in edit mode it just rapidly switches between a connect/disconnect screen. There MUST be a better way to switch to "edit" or and other mode than unplugging and replugging the controller while holding a button. Controller is wonderful on its own at least!

2024-02-07	Se*****	Fixed the issue: Even though the app was a fresh install, clearing the cache and storage fixed the app crash that would occur when trying to modify the settings. Enter edit mode by holding the top left button before connecting the cable. The app should detect it.

2024-01-26	An*****	Embarrassingly bad app considering it seems to be the only way to configure the snack box micro. Practically unusable, horrible connection issues, bad process from updating the controller FW, half the time it doesn't actually edit the controller even though the controller is in edit mode

2023-11-05	Se*****	App works fine - just needs better instructions. I was able to figure it out after reading some reddit posts and reviews that explain the process. That's my primary issue with Junkfood products as a whole - no documentation for anything. For who are having issues, you need to hold down the edit button (left-most button on the top row of small control buttons) while connecting the controller to USB. Make sure bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and it should detect the controller.

2023-10-15	Da*****	So in order for me to connect and edit, I had to clear all the app data and start from scratch. Turned on Bluetooth and location permissions and plugged in while holding the edit button (top left), then it finally found the controller.

2023-09-24	Al*****	Oh it connects for me. It always connects. But changing the color doesn't do anything. Any color I choose it just goes to white. Well I really can't. This just needs more time. But for now. A 1 star. I'll change it. Just needs a better update. Edit 1: what I noticed is when changing colors. The app doesnt work with the Micro. Changing animation stops working. Even It disconnects after awhile. Like probably in 30 seconds. Then I have to disconnect and connect back in
